BIO
Korean-American coloratura soprano Jenny Kim-Godfrey is quickly gaining notoriety for her "nightingale tone" (Virginia Zeani) and as "an invigorating stage animal and gifted recitalist... A performer ready to forget new vistas!" (Maestro Gary Thor Wedow, New York Philharmonic)
Known for her versatile instrument, Jenny recently made her regional theater début with Asolo Repertory Theatre, gaining her EMC status. Jenny regularly performs with Corda Voce (soprano-classical guitar duo), and is currently a Resident Music Director with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
Jenny is thrilled to return to The Florida Orchestra this season as a featured soloist on the Pops in the Parks and Haunted Halls Family Concert!
